The process always begins with a meeting: in person at the workshop or via video call. Delivery, setup and training
Bicycles are delivered fully assembled, adjusted and personalised with company livery or colours where requested. For larger fleets we organise a briefing session for employees: how to use the bike correctly, the e-bike, the lock, and how to report a problem. Small gestures that make the difference between a fleet that gets used and one that gathers dust in a corner.
Scheduled maintenance and ongoing support
Every fleet contract includes a structured service plan: monthly routine maintenance, full seasonal overhaul, management of emergency repairs with replacement bikes available to guarantee operational continuity.
